I started my personal journey into health and fitness when I started my own family, it was important to me to start looking after myself, but it was challenging.
I became a coach because I wanted to be an advocate for other women to recognise their potential and how essential it was to prioritise their health and well being.
Turning 40 created a new conversation, Menopause.
Now I am levelling up, coaching women over 40 to create their vision for an exciting, healthy future!
I offer a number of services that allow women to work on their personal needs, in a safe, encouraging and supportive environment.
I take a complete approach to women's health, focusing on what a women over 40 who are ready to transition in the the next phase of their life, they want it all. The lifestyle, the energy, the body and the opportunities to make themselves a priority. I provide the tools and support needed to build the amazing life and the future they envision. This may include nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being. My coaching services are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual woman.
We can all feel the changes, maybe it is a little more fat around the waist, maybe we aren't sleeping as restful, maybe we just cannot tolerate the mental load anymore. Whatever you are feeling, you are not alone.....it is real and it will continue to impact your life, unless you find your voice and take back control
When you are so far inside the struggle, it is hard to see how to get out of it.
Whilst there are some common goals and needs for women over 40, the approach may need a more personal approach, support and accountability.

As your coach I help you establish a clear vision of your result based outcome. From there we work together to design an approach that promises consistency, accountability, support and results.

I own and operate a private gym. It is small and exclusive to my clients, so you can be assured that the experience will feel safe, supported and personal to you.
We will work on your goals, your weaknesses and deliver a session that provides what you need.

We all love the accountability and support a community provides. These programs/memberships are limited in group size, so that I can ensure I can coach each of my clients safely and with their needs in mind*, they are tailored to women who want to learn how to lift safely, build a strong body and maintain a healthy cardio fitness. These programs/memberships consist of Tuesday, Thursday and every 2nd Saturday sessions. As spots are limited you must get in quick!
*Please note: A consult MUST be completed before you join up. Again, safety and coaching quality are priority.

Running at 9am Tuesday and Thursday, these 45 minute mixed resistance/cardio sessions are tailored to the busy woman. Each session is different, all levels and abilities are catered for*
Kids are welcome, please just contact me prior so that I can make sure I allow room in my small space
You are also welcome to join us in the Saturday's 8am session.
